बेला विद्यार्थीलाई स्कूल जान, बिरामी तथा सुत्केरीलाई अस्पताल

मृतक व्यक्तिलाई वेत्रावतीको उत्तरगयाघाटमा दाहसंस्कारका लागि पु¥याउन कठिन भएको स्थानीयवासीको
गुनासो थियो ।
प्राङसेदेखिको पहिरोले धोबिखोलाको पुच्छार फलाखु खोलासम्म
असर पु¥याइरहेको
र यसका लागि करिव रू पाँच करोड लाग्ने अनुमान गरिएकाले गाउँपालिकाले गरेको लगानी
प्रर्याप्त नभएको समाजसेवी पौडेलले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।
वर्षायाममा पहिरो निरन्तर आइरहने र ढुंगा छल्दै दगुरेर
भाग्नुपर्ने भएकाले कालिकास्थानदेखि पूर्वी भाग नौकुण्ड गापाको सरसिउँ,
घोर्मु
आरुखर्क समेतका बासिन्दालाई आवत जावतमा कठिन भएको र बिहान कालिकास्थान गएको मान्छे
बेलुका घर फर्किन्छ कि, फर्किंदैन भन्ने डरसमेत बढ्दै
गएको उहाँको भनइ थियो ।
यस्तै भारी वर्षाका कारण आएको पानीले नुवाकोटको लच्याङदेखि
रसुवाको पाटीखर्क, सिम्ले भोर्ले, डाँडागाँउ,
ठूलोगाउँ,
समेतको
ग्रामीण कृषि सडक बन्द भएको नागरिक समाजले जनाएको छ ।
वेत्रावती–धुञ्चे, स्याफ्रूखण्डको पासाङल्हामु
राजमार्ग सञ्चालनका लागि आवश्यक उपकरण र प्राविधिक तैनाथ भए पनि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रका
कृषि सडक मर्मत नहुँदा सधँै सडक समस्या भोग्नु परेको त्यहाँका बासिन्दाको गुनासो
थियो ।
भिरालो भू–भाग, भारी वर्षाका कारण कुन ठाउँमा
पहिरो जान्छ भन्ने ठेगान नहुँदा स्यापु्रm–रसुवागढीखण्डको लिङलिङ क्षेत्र
पनि जोखिम रहेको यहाँका सवारी चालकले बताए । भारी वर्षाका कारण नौकुण्ड गाउँपालिका
र कालिका गाउँपालिका केही भागमा जोखिम बढ्दै गएकोे हो ।
हाकु क्षेत्र पुग्ने मोटर बाटोको निर्माण रोकियो
सदरमुकामको नजिकै रहे पनि भौगोलिक अवस्थितिका कारण विकट
रहेको हाकु क्षेत्रमा निर्माण गर्र्न लागिएको मोटर बाटो वर्षाका कारण स्थगित भएको
छ ।
आमाछोदिङ्मो गाउँपालिकाका अध्यक्ष बुचुङ तामाङका अनुसार
रसुवाकै इतिहासमा स्थानीय सरकारको तर्फबाट हाकुबेँसीदेखि ठूलोहाकुसम्म डोजरको
सहायताले करीब १० किलोमिटर सडक निर्माणको काम अगाडि बढाइएको र भारी वर्षाका कारण
हुनसक्ने भू–क्षय
न्यूनीकरण गर्न निर्माण कार्य स्थगन गरिएको हो ।
हाकुबँेसीको त्रिशूली नदीमा पक्की पुल निर्माणका लागि
माथिल्लो त्रिशूली जलविद्युत् आयोजनासँग परामर्श भई रहेको गाउँपालिकाले जनाएको छ ।
चालु आर्थिक वर्षमा ठूलोहाकुसम्म मोटरबाटो पु¥याइसक्ने लक्ष्य लिइएको बताउँदै
गाउँपालिका अध्यक्ष तामाङले ट्र्याक खोल्न रु ९५ लाख विनियोजन गरिसकेको र ट्र्याक
खोल्ने काम ५० प्रतिशत पूरा भइसकेको जानकारी दिनुभयो ।
हाकुका बासिन्दा बिरामी पर्दा अहिलेसम्म डोकोमा बोकेर
धुन्चेको जिल्ला अस्पताल पु¥याउने गरिएकामा अब एम्बुलेन्स
चल्ने भएकाले खुशी लागेको छ भन्दै स्थानीय निमधर्के तामाङले मोटर बाटोले खाद्य
सामग्री ल्याउन, खेतबारीका
कृषि उपज ताजाताजै व्यापारिक केन्द्रमा पुु¥याउन र निमार्णका सामग्री

The name "Nepal" is first
recorded in texts from the Vedic Age, the era in
which Hinduism was founded, the predominant religion of the country.
In the middle of the first millennium BCE, Gautama Buddha, the founder
of Buddhism, was born in southern Nepal. Parts of northern Nepal were
intertwined with the culture of Tibet. The centrally located Kathmandu
Valley was the seat of the prosperous Newer confederacy known
as Nepal Mandela. The Himalayan branch of the ancient Silk Road was
dominated by the valley's traders. The cosmopolitan region developed
distinct traditional art and architecture. By the 18th century,
the Gorkha Kingdom achieved the unification of Nepal. The Shah
dynasty established the Kingdom of Nepal and later formed an
alliance with the British Empire, under its Rana dynasty of premiers.
The country was never colonized but served as a buffer state between Imperial
China and colonial India. Parliamentary democracy was introduced in 1951,
but was twice suspended by Nepalese monarchs, in 1960 and 2005. The Nepalese
Civil War in the 1990s and early 2000s resulted in the proclamation of
a secular republic in 2008, ending the world's last Hindu monarchy.
The Constitution of Nepal,
adopted in 2015, establishes Nepal as a federal secular parliamentary republic divided
into seven provinces. Nepal was admitted to the United Nations in
1955, and friendship treaties were signed with India in 1950 and
the People's Republic of China in 1960. Nepal hosts the permanent
secretariat of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC),
of which it is a founding member. Nepal is also a member of the Non
Aligned Movement and the Bay of Bengal Initiative. The military
of Nepal is the fifth largest in South Asia; it is notable for its Gorkha history,
particularly during the world wars, and has been a significant contributor
to United Nations peacekeeping operations.
